Based on data obtained in Banten province in 2017, the MMR was 230 per 100,000 live births. In the Lebak district in 2017 AKI as many as 40 mothers died annually from the previous 38 people, while the IMR in the Lebak Regency in 2017, amounted to 565 people per 1,000 live births. The goal is to be able to implement comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant, childbirth, post-partum, and infants for up to 6 weeks of childbirth by applying the Varney midwifery care management techniques and documentation using SOAP. The method used is a comprehensive case study with pregnant women Ny. Y with gestational age 31 weeks 2 days to 6 weeks postpartum as well as newborns and birth control. At the first visit there was an anemia problem, there was no problem in giving birth, the baby was born normally with BB 3400 grams and PB 50 cm, at the postpartum normal walk, at 6 weeks visit the mother chose to use 3-month injection KB and BBL was given HB 0 and BCG. This case study is expected to be able to apply and devote significant learned midwifery that occurs in the community, so that it can perform midwifery practice skills in accordance with theories and standards that have been determined professionally and competently, in order to provide midwifery services in accordance with standards and quality of midwifery services.
