Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Lebak district in 2016 amounted to 38/100,000 live births (KH) increased in 2017 by 40/100,000 live births (KH) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in 2016 amounted to/1000 live births (KH) and experienced an increase in 2017 of 40/1000 life discharge (KH). The aim of this comprehensive case study is to be able to apply comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, childbirth, postpartum and BBL mothers, using the SOAP management approach with the Varney mindset appropriately and correctly. The method used is a comprehensive case study that begins at 34 weeks gestation to 5 weeks postpartum, BBL and KB. The results of antenatal care at the first visit showed that fundal height problems did not match the period of pregnancy with fetal baseline data, and the second problem was lack of knowledge about STD HIV / AIDS, could be treated at the second visit while the fundus height problems remained incompatible, and during labor walk normally with body weight 3000, body length 50 cm, at BBL 5 weeks there are problems with the airway obstruction in the throat area, the base of the baby's throat area sounds snoring and slimy already handled at the next visit. at the postpartum visit no problems were found. At the 5-week postpartum visit the mother chooses implantable contraception. It is expected that all health workers can provide comprehensive quality services and can detect the various health problems that might occur so as to realize our main goal, which is to reduce MMR and IMR.
