PENGARUH KERAGAMAN KETERAMPILAN DAN KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA BAPPEDA KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG
This regreston study aims to obtam information relating to the possibility of whether job satisfaction is related to the diversity of skills and managerial abilities. This research was carried out in the District BAPPEDA of Central Regency импу quantitative survey methods with the application of regression in testing hypotheses
Sixty-one participants were selected as populations and fifty-three as samples by simple random sampling. The results show that there is an imfluence between the diversity of skills to job satisfaction, managerial ability to jab satisfaction and the diversity of skills and managerial ability together towards job satisfaction. I rom thus study the variable managerial ability has a greater influence on job satisfaction.
For this reason, Pandeglang District Bappeda should pay attention t managerial abilities and diversity of skills so that job satisfaction mercases. Many factors can benefit of emplovee job satisfaction increases
